ALL STAR FENCE is a turn key Fence Contractor. On our initial consultation we completely measure and go over all details of your project including materials, layout and designs options. In the the next step we will prepare a complete installation diagram of you property showing all details of you project and provide a written quote. At that point if you are completely comfortable with our proposal and ready to move forward we take a 50% deposit to get things moving. Your balance is not due until we are complete with you project to your satisfaction. You will be responsible to check with your township building and zoning departments to get a municipal permit if required. Typically you will be required to bring your survey, our contract and installation diagram, to make sure you are in complete compliance of all building and zoning requirements. We will help during this process if necessary. We will call for an underground utility mark out as required by law to protect any public utility lines. Any private underground utilities on your property such as sprinkler lines, private electric, water or drainage lines we can not take any responsibility for. If you are confident of locations of these please make us aware and we will be extra careful not to damage them.
